Does Niharika have some leverage against diptanshu !

I remember in the task where they had to smash cakes on each other's faces, Niharika made a comment against Diptanshu and Diptanshu later in the VD said that he knew that it was Niharika who made the comment, but he chose to not go and smash it on her face and smashed it on somebody else's face because he didn't want to go and blame that on Niharika. Even yesterday when Niharika and Saurabh chose Diptanshu and Sandy for making them unsafe, Diptanshu didn't say a single word to either of them and in his VD he said that I knew Niharika would write my name because I can never say anything against her and I just don't understand why is Diptanshu saying all these things. Is he scared of Niharika because I don't pin Diptanshu to be the kind of person to be stray away from a fight. He's always there trying to meddle in everything and trying to create fire in everything. So why is he avoiding Niharika so much and really not getting in her business? Like, what's the deal? I'm guessing Niharika already knew about aryanshi and blackmailed Diptanshu that if he ever went against her, she would reveal it to the villa that he is with Aryanshi, but that's just a guess, but I definitely think that Niharika had some kind of leverage against Diptanshu.
