Any advise on coping from a 12 year relationship? M31(Me) F33

Hi everyone,

Due to not being able to meet each others needs but trying to brute force making it work for so many years i've called the marriage off and we are seperated but still living together due to financial circumstances/property and i cant really start healing until mid-late next year.

We broke it off and are remaining as actual friends. But im struggling even after 6 months, i respect her privacy but ive even gone on a couple of dates and trying to force myself to try to see life again but i just feel... drained, dead inside even now.

Does anyone have anything they have done to heal from a mostly positive relationship?
