I’m losing my mind

I have a physics test tomorrow (yes I know I need to start studying earlier I’m a procrastinator) and I swear I feel so dumb it legit makes no sense to me. our free response topics are 1) angular kinematics 2) conservation of energy 3) center of mass 4) cons of energy (which will likely have friction so work will be needed in there) and 5) 2D cons of momentum. plus we have multiple choice. plan on stopping into our STEM learning center tomorrow to see what kind of help I can get, but specifically I struggle a lot with conservation of energy and momentum.
