Need honest opinion on whether me and my mom need therapy together.

So yeah, I really wanna vent here. I am from bengal but I moved out for college. I have had a history with depression so my mom moved out with me. So basically, me and my min live together where I attend university. 
A little background about my past. After lockdown, I slowly started slipping into depression and had anxiety. My parents weren't exactly aware of mental health problems and therapy and counselling etc. They only knew about psychiatrists giving pills which have side effects. So I did not exactly receive any help and my depression progressed for the worse. I finally received help when I was in 12th grade from a homeopathic doctor( don't judge) and I had homeopathic medicines for like 10 months, which helped me a lot.
Now, my parents weren't confident that I would be able to survive alone coz sometimes I can be really unstable. So my father asked my mom to come and stay with me. Now, because of my depression in the past, I would rarely go to school.. like 8th and 9th were in lockdown, but I spent 10th,11th and 12th in lockdown myself. I isolated myself completely. Which implied that I had no friends. 
Now in college, I have struggles in making friends. Sometimes it gets to me a lot and I lose my cool. I have anger issues. I told my mom one day that they should keep me in a private hostel until I can apply for the university one in the next session (2nd year, which means july august). I wanted to join a yoga club inside the campus and since I live 2.5 km away from the campus, it is hard to avail campus services easily( I gave up on joining yoga club later cause it costs 1000 rp per month and I don't want to spend that amount of money anyways). So that day, we had a huge argument. She was like " I will not let you go to a yoga club inside the campus alone, it's not safe blah blah, you need to wait until u get alloted a campus hostel". And I got so angry that I threw A GODDAMN INDUCTION on the floor and it's glass top cracked ( it has been sent for repairing). So yeah, this is my struggle with anger. What I did is not justified obviously. I should have better grip on my anger I know. But my mom has been really upset from that day on me. She told me she will not send me to a private hostel, and it is hard getting a campus hostel in 2nd year. I may not get it in the first place. I just wanted to go to a hostel so that I can surround myself with people of my age and learn stuff about hostel life. We had gone to visit a private hostel and I told mom that I can live here and adjust here. And mom was like" You cant". 
My anger issues stems from years of not being understood by my parents,especially after I hit puberty. Not getting any help, my problems not being acknowledged at all. That day I got angry cause I felt mom did not understand my pov. My restlessness cause I felt I was missing out by not living a hostel life. Missing out on social life.
She says I am not fit to live in a hostel because of my anger issues. She says, I am egotistic. And now she tells me what a great sacrifice she is doing by staying with me away from my father while my father is living alone. I hate this. She also tells me that she gave me so much freedom (she allowed me to buy makeup products at 19 and she "allows" me to have my own opinions). And now I am misusing my freedom. 
I hate it. I had told her, if she has problem living with me and thinks it is a big sacrifice, she should definitely go back to dad. Dad also guilt tripped me and said he has a hard time living alone. I don't want my parents to do this big sacrifice for me. I don't deserve it. But my mom, she doesn't wanna go back and at the same time, guilt trips me cause she is making such a huge sacrifice. When I clearly told her that she can go back.
