Recommendations for affordable wedding venues in Cape Town for 100 people?

My fiance and I are planning a destination wedding in Cape Town next year for about 100 guests coming from out of town, who will be staying for a few nights. We are a mixed couple so must do 2 wedding ceremonies as well as a pre-wedding celebration (3 days of events in total), so we want to save money on the venue. Does anyone know of farm-style wedding venues (not winery) that are fairly inexpensive (<25,000 rand)?
