Has Anyone worked for K.Hovnanian homes or Lennar in New Jersey?

Hi all, I live in New Jersey and I am in talks with a couple of New Home Builders to become a New Home Sales Consultant. I am coming from 5 years of resale (being on my own) I have a few interviews this month and I would like to know where I am able to negotiate in regard to salary,base pay, commissions or if it’s even possible to negotiate.

Does anyone have experience being an ACTUAL New home sales consultant in New Jersey. With K.Hovnanian, Lennar or DR Horton?

Do you get a base salary + commissions? I am in the Monmouth County area of NJ.
