Canceled Shopee Order Refund

Hello, tanong lang po sana if may naka experience na mag cancel ng order sa Shopee using BPI or any CC as payment method?

Ilang days po before mabalik yung credit sa CC? Yung nasa notif kasi sa Shopee 5 to 45 working days. Matagal po ba tagala bumalik yung credit?

Salamat po sa mga sasagot!!
