motion sickness in cars

hi guys! im visiting chongqing and chengdu late june this year. i really love visiting china but i was wondering if it is just me and my family or does anyone else also get motion sickness when they use DiDi?? ive tried DiDis in beijing, shanghai, guangzhou, and other chinese cities and I always get motion sickness!! i dont get motion sickness at all when i am riding in a car even with those crazy speeding drivers, but im not sure why I do when i ride DiDis in china even when the drivers drive appropriately. i read online it could be that electric cars result in more motion sickness. does anyone experience this motion sickness too? and if so, what ointments/ medication do you recommend to take that can quickly alleviate the motion sickness?😭🙏🙏
