USA, Belgium ‘awful’ jersey clash makes for confusion, sparks player and fan criticism

My favorite quote:

"Natalie McKeough, the color designer of the jersey, said that Nike’s design of the USMNT kit had received official approvals from FIFA prior to release.

“Whoever approved this match-up messed up fr (for real),” McKeough wrote on Twitter."

Even youth soccer prepares for jersey chaos by having the home team change jerseys if the away team shows up with the same color. This is pretty hilarious and awful.
