How to make friends in third year?

Hey guys!! The post is basically what the title says. I'm going into third year in September, and most of my friends are going on exchange (I am not!!). I'm really worried about not having many friends here at Mac and being lonely. I'm a very social person but I'm not great at initiating new friendships and usually only talk to people in class and then never outside. How do you go about making new friends without seeming too pushy? I don't want people to think that I'm annoying but I also really wanna extend my branches a little bit. I just feel like everyone has their friend groups by third-year and are kinda set in their ways. Any advice would be helpful!! I am involved in clubs but I have no idea how to initiate friendships and start asking people to hang out.
