Am I going insane?

On Friday I went to a movie with my crush and during the movie we held hands. HOWEVER, it doesn’t feel real and I feel like I’m just imagining things. When it happened/how I imagined it there was so much adrenaline going through me and I could hardly breathe. Recently everything has been going wrong for me and I just can’t fathom anything good happening to me.

Has anyone gone through the same thing what happened?
