Changed phones but now my zf wont connect to the device.

Recently upgraded phones and have been for weeks trying to find the reason why it wont connect to my zf’s wifi via snapbridge. Prior to my current phone, the zf works without a hitch with snapbridge automatically opening on my phone the moment i turn my zf on but on my new phone, it always fails to connect via wifi.

For reference i went from a 15pro to a 17promax. It got me thinking that its due to the 17 series N1 wifi chipset.
