Automating workforce reporting from ukg and hotschedules into a central dashboard, anyone done this?

Restaurant group with about 30 locations and we use ukg for payroll and hr plus hotschedules for shift scheduling at most locations. A few newer locations are on a different scheduling tool because the franchise owner set them up separately. The operations team needs consolidated workforce reports that show labor cost as a percentage of revenue, overtime trends, schedule adherence, and turnover by location.

Right now someone at the corporate office manually pulls reports from ukg and hotschedules every two weeks, reconciles the data in excel (because the location names don't match between systems), calculates the ratios against pos revenue data, and distributes a pdf to district managers. The whole process takes about three days and by the time district managers see the numbers they're already two weeks old. Stale data for workforce management is almost useless because you can't adjust scheduling in time.

I want to automate the entire flow. Get the data out of ukg, hotschedules, and the pos system automatically, consolidate it somewhere, and build a live dashboard that updates daily or at least every few days. Is this realistic without a developer? The tools I've looked at for automation like zapier don't seem to handle the complexity of extracting detailed payroll and scheduling data.
