Job struggles as a new tech
I recently passed my VTNE and have started looking for jobs, but everything I have applied to, I have either been rejected or just ignored. I know I am brand new( I don't even have my license yet) and have only 4 months of experience from my externship, so I will probably be overlooked, considering most jobs I've seen want a minimum of 1 year of experience. Does anyone have any advice to help me sell myself in interviews, and show them it's worth taking a risk on me instead of someone who does have more experience? I have social anxiety, and I struggle a lot in interviews, which I think is what puts them off(after all, who wants someone fidgety, who lacks eye contact, and doesn't sound confident when she speaks). I take a while to warm up to a new environment, so I would love some advice on things to ask in interviews, and also what I should look for in a clinic and the team.
