What Energy/Signs Should You Look For/Expect In Women?

Alot of posts on this sub are about what you should do as a man, but it skips over what behavior and response we should get back from women.

It's kind of a glaring oversight to ignore that the current dating landscape is essentially a cutthroat Machiavellian chess game of lies, deception, manipulation, half truths, and betrayal. Even ignoring the baseline eugenic level standards the average woman has, you basically have to be over 6ft and 5'10 as a minimum for a women to even look you in the eyes. If you're 5'9 and below you're practically cooked and can just go home.

What is the step 0 to step 1 process of recognizing if a woman is actually worth your time and isn't about to play some elaborate game and exploit you? How do you find women who are genuinely interested, and what sort of responses should you expect that are tells that she's sincere and legitimate.
