Qpoints required for tier upgrade to gold

I need 10 more Qpoints by 6 April 2026 to upgrade to privilege club gold and would be taking a flight with JAL from SIN to NRT on 3 April 2026 to get me those required Qpoints. However, I’m worried that crediting these Qpoints to my account may take a few days as it is a partner airline and put me at risk of missing the deadline. I’ve looked into buying Qpoints but it’s quite expensive. Should I take the risk?
