Pell Grant Disappeared

Hi all, I was wondering if any other students have had this happen to them or if anyone knows what I should do in this situation.

I remember looking at my paying for college tab on MyPCC before the strike started and my full tuition for Spring term was going to be covered and I would have received a refund. Now, just recently I looked at it again and my entire Federal Pell Grant has been removed and the only financial aid I'm receiving is the The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant. I find this odd because I did not receive the Opportunity Grant last term, on my award letter it says "NA" for winter term. I now owe the majority of my tuition out of pocket. I checked my award letter and it still says that I should be receiving Pell Grant money for the spring term.

I unfortunately didn't document it when it said my tuition was covered because I didn't expect something like this to happen. I'm not sure what to do and I don't want to get punished with late fees when it's an expense that was supposed to be covered by my financial aid.

Could this be a side effect of the strike and the financial aid office being closed or something else related to the strike? Should I pay my tuition myself with my savings and ask for a refund later? Is this something that will get fixed after the strike is over and I shouldn't worry?

I'm just very confused and don't want to get in any financial trouble over this. Any comments are much appreciated. Stay strong and hold the line ✊
