Known problems with HP Hardware?

I really like Proxmox but I have like massive virtualization problems on my HP PC that I've built as a small server.

Had Problems with Opnsense and a 4 port card I've bought specifically for this job, now I have problems with OMV and my hdds. Inside Proxmox the writing speed is great as soon as I try to write outside on my Nas the speed drops to max 30mb/s on average more like 20...

Had the e1000 bug with my network shutting down.

I have problems with Jellyfin and passing through the GPU.

So it's not just a part it seems like a full problem overall.

I more and more replace VMs with actual specific hardware, that I don't wanted in the first place...

Is it just me or is there a thing with HP Hardware because I've read it online that it seems it's a general problem and an simple switch of the PC could work.

Sadly I dont have so much hardware to test this and now I'm not sure whether I should invest in specific hardware because it's me who can handle Proxmox or another PC with Proxmox aso.
