Low sodium and keto

I'm giving keto a shot, but I also have extremely severe tinnitus that suddenly developed about a year ago. The only solution to keep the volume down, that I've found, is to consume very little sodium. I do not add sodium to anything, ever, and I use potassium salt and potassium-based baking soda. Up until I started keto, I even made sourdough with potassium salt. Keeping my tinnitus down, I probably consume no more than 1g of sodium per day. I do, however, eat a ton of potassium, and supplement bioavailable forms of magnesium twice a day.

I'm 3 days into keto right now, but I plan to give it at least a solid month, and possibly far longer depending on my results at that time. I've always been pretty good at dedicating myself to things like this 100%. But I'm concerned about all the stuff I've been reading about people raising their sodium levels dramatically on this diet because of losses. Is it dangerous to do low sodium and keto at the same time? I can't live with the level that tinnitus got to, just can't, so I absolutely must keep my sodium levels low. But also, I am not trying to end up in the hospital. If anyone has any thoughts, especially tips on this version of a keto diet, I'd love to hear them. Right now I have like, 6 different foods I can eat. Wouldn't mind learning of a few more.
