I compared 4 corporate gifting companies so you don't have to: what actually stood out

I went through a proper evaluation last quarter because our old process wasn't working anymore. Here's what came out of comparing sendoso, snappy, goody and swaggy shop.

Sendoso: best enterprise feature set by a wide margin. Integrations, crm connectivity, the whole thing. Pricing reflects that though, its real platform fees and it's built for large sales and cs teams, not general employee recognition. Probably overkill unless you have a dedicated budget and a specific outbound use case.

Snappy: the recipient experience is genuinely nice, they get to pick from a curated selection which people like. Catalog selection is the tradeoff, it's not huge and some items feel more consumer gift than branded merchandise. Its good for one off recognition, less good if you want a consistent branded presence.

Goody: best consumer style gifting in the group and it feels personal and modern. Its also the least corporate of the bunch which is either a pro or a con. Not designed for apparel or branded merchandise.

Swaggy shop: won out for our specific need because we wanted a branded company store with no minimums and no platform fee. Staff shops there directly, we send gift codes when we want to cover the cost. The no setup fee thing made piloting it basically zero risk.

The right one genuinely depends on your use case so I'm happy to answer questions if you're trying to narrow it down.
