Recommended jobs for high ping players?

I was interested in going for Cleric but heard that during GMS days, if you had a high ping, you weren’t able to train efficiently using heal skill due to excessive lags.

Since I live in Australia and the servers are located in the states, I’ll be one of those high ping players.

I’m not sure if we will suffer from the lag issue but, for a high ping player, which jobs are recommended?
