Help me (M/20) with boundary issues with my girlfriend (F/20)

Hello, I am new to this so I might not do this right, but I am needing to know if I’m insane or just feeling like a bad partner.

I’m a trans man who came out in about middle school and have been in a few committed relationship. My girlfriend that I’m with now is awesome, talented, smart, and very beautiful. We’ve been dating for 3 years now this month. They have been great, no big issues until now and no major arguments. No cheating, no emotionally cheating, nothing that I can think of. But I was getting out of a 5 year long off/on, toxic, and very emotionally damaging relationship before dating her. (My girlfriend now was also good friends with my ex, I didn’t realize they were that close)

Moving on from that, me and her have been doing great until these past few months, I think maybe since December? I’m not really sure. But I had to end up staying with her because my grandmother (who I was living with at the time) was using me for my money for gambling or making up the bills with my money after gambling. So I was trying to get away until I found somewhere else to stay. Well it was about 2 weeks and her family was great despite them being catholic and very religious (I absolutely adore her family even if we don’t speak all that much due language barriers) well I finally moved in with my aunt since I’m still in school and only working as a server.

Well we have been arguing since about me staying the night over there and living with my aunt. I’ve been trying to put a balance in between both places since I pay rent for my aunt, well a portion of rent. But it feels very unfair for me to pay for a storage room basically. But it has been an ongoing issue as I want to go home but she wants to stay the night with her. We work together, I stay with her most nights out of the week, and spend every second I’m not with her texting her or on the phone with her.

We’re both getting very drained from fighting with each other and I’m scared that it’s going to lead to breaking up.

Please help.

TL;DR: A trans man in a 3-year relationship is feeling overwhelmed and unsure if he’s being a bad partner. After moving out of a toxic home situation, he’s been splitting time between his girlfriend’s place and his aunt’s (where he pays rent). His girlfriend wants him to stay with her more, but he feels it’s unfair to ignore the place he pays for. Constant time together and ongoing arguments about this balance are draining both of them, and he’s worried it could lead to a breakup.
