Half my day just goes into switching tabs

I feel like half my day is just… switching tabs, not even doing actual work.

Slack - drive - notion - email - figma - back to slack

and somehow things still get lost

like feedback is in one place

files in another

tasks somewhere else

maybe this is normal now? idk
