eGPU Switcher for SteamOS - alternative to all-ways-egpu for lazy people like me

Every time SteamOS updated, all-ways-egpu would break and I'd have to mess around reconfiguring it, using the onscreen keyboard was annoying so I decide to vibecode my own solution.

It's a single script. Detects your eGPU on boot, sets it as primary, does nothing if the dock isn't plugged in. Survives SteamOS updates.

Paste this into Konsole in desktop mode:

curl -sL https://github.com/Chazwasa/egpu-switcher-steamos/raw/main/egpu-switcher.sh -o ~/Desktop/egpu-switcher.sh && chmod +x ~/Desktop/egpu-switcher.sh && bash ~/Desktop/egpu-switcher.sh

Reboot and that's it. If you had all-ways-egpu installed it cleans that up too.
