UCSD, UCB or SJSU

Hi, I dont use reddit often but I am stumped
I was lucky enough to get in for both UCSD, UCB, and SJSU for my bachelor's in engineering. I got a full ride at UCSD (luckily), but SJSU gave me a 30k/yr stipend to attend, on top of tuition. UCB full pay but best program. Thought I was gonna go to UCSD or UCB, but the 30k stipend is very tempting.

Idk which to pick. I want a master's degree btw.
Does that help SJSU, whatever program I get into, cancels out SJSU or does it help UCSD as I want to get into a good one.

I could use SJSU money to pay off my master's as I prob will go into debt for it
