Do I pick Berkeley Regents or Cornell ILR

Can anyone who goes to cornell (ILR) speak on the student experience?? I hear it’s depressing but is that just every Ivy? My family can afford Cornell and Berkeley, although Berkeley is $0 after regents and I’ve talked to a few students who said it’s an amazing opportunity (but so is Cornell so idk).
