what do you even talk about with a girl on a date?

I've been doing mountaineering since I was a kid, I do a lot of hiking, ride motorcycles, also I make music, like video games, did my first skydive this year and I plan on pursuing that long term. BUT, I FEEL LIKE NONE OF THAT WOULD BE ENOUGH TO TALK ABOUT IN A DATE WITH A GIRL I LIKE!! Is this low self esteem? I feel like I need to be super interesting, have tons of hobbies and experiences, to be able to be loved. I feel like I've created this standards on myself that I will never accomplish.
