Looking into corporate housing for a 3 month arlington project and kept seeing the same few names come up: oakwood, blueground, a couple of others. Honestly all of their stuff looks a bit generic and the pricing seems all over the place.

Wondering if there are smaller or local providers that are actually worth looking at, or if the big names are big for a reason. What are people in nova actually using for longer furnished stays?
