Mellotron on Queen 2

One of the most interesting things to come out of this release is the previously undocumented use of mellotron on the album. During the Funny How Love Is (take 4) it can be heard droning away. This is inaudible in the final release, either wiped or buried under the wall of sound.

The second place is on Nevermore (take 6) at the end. It is doing the vocal harmonies. I don't think these are in the final version and were probably tacked on to the end of the take was a way to figure out the harmonies.

Interesting to note. Love the Glock in Not For Sale too. I reckon it would've fit nicely on the album after Loser in the End. Shame they didn't finish it.
