International travel with pets

Hello everyone, I have a havanese puppy female, 2 years old, and weighs about 4.6 to 4.7 kg. I might want to move from dubai to Europe, maybe like Sweden or Norway. I wanted to know if anyone knows or has experience flying with a pet within the cabin. I believe Etihad airways, Turkish Airlines, and air France allows that. We are asking from a company also, but I wanted to know from your personal experience how was it, what did you pay for your pups ticket then and what shall I expect overall really.
