Help for a potential system.

Hi, I am having questions on whether I am a system. I am aware of a lot of things which I have done in the past feels like what I would kind of feels what I would in my limited understanding be typical system behaviour but like I say, I have a limited understanding. In order to understand matters, I need to read up on them more.

1. Are there any useful resources for me to understand plural systems better?

2. How literal are different people/headmates? I realise a lot of the time I hear people/headmates talking to each other which is not really something I can really perceive, I have no internal monologue and I have aphantasia so I have very little perception on these things.
