Action camera 5" drone: Gopro vs Dji

I'm trying to figure out if putting a Hero 13 or 12 on my drone is too much of a risk (durability wise). The problem is my country doesn't have the GoPro subscription for easy replacements, and we don't have Best Buy insurance or anything like that. If I smash it, it’s just gone. The camera should be able to capture 4k or 5.3k footage for social media (also i'm still learning how to edit videos). ​I’m stuck between getting a Hero 12, Osmo Action 4, or the 11 Mini. I looked at the Action 2 but it’s actually more expensive here because of weird import taxes/availability.

​My build is a 5 inch cinematic and it’s kind of heavy (should be around 820g with a full-sized GoPro). I'm flying analog so no DJI O4/O3. ​What would you guys go with? Is the Action 4 or 11 Mini a better move if I can't get insurance?
