I need guidance please

So I have vestibular migraine and I want to pursue a part time phd. Because of my condition, attending regular classes and vigorous exams are difficult. How long does the coursework take in part time phd? And how many exams does one need to give in entirety?

I even looked at online phd progs in England but that degree isn't recognized in my country. What should I do?
