WD HDD sleep or not

So, Im all set up with a WD Red Plus 4TB in a D2-320 DAS in windows 11.

In windows 11 advanced power options there is a setting about puting the drives to sleep after some time or disable the feature by setting the time to "never".

My question is: is it better for drive longevity to allow this feature to put the drive to sleep ( I noticed that when this happens the DAS also enters its own "sleep mode") or is it better to diaable it and avoid daily spin downs - ups ?

Generally speaking the pc is switched off during night time and back on early morning.
