Unknown commercial/industrial crash

My city was doing perfectly fine and then all of a sudden the industrial and commercial starting saying they couldn’t sustain due to a lack of buyers/goods respectively. I have a cargo air and ship port and good connections to the highways with little traffic in the areas between zones. Any clues as to what would have caused this/ and fixes?
