AIO for giving my bf silent treatment?

Me (20F) and my bf (21M), we both are in clg, my roommate is not home so he's staying with me rn. This morning I told him to cook lunch which he did, I took a bath and beside him started to make breakfast. Later while I was packing lunch I asked him if the portion was too much for the both of us, to which he replied that I cooked breakfast as well. thks made me very angry that he didn't tell me or stopped me while I was making breakfast beside him and let me do extra effort. I got angry and have not been talking to him since, rn he asked me to go somewhere and I said no, I don't want to talk to you unless you realise your mistake and he got angry instead and left. Am I overreacting in this situation? Now, while I am aware that silent treatment is not something you should be doing but he never accepts his mistake and just acts normal.
