Afternoon Trains

How is travel on Sydney Trains looking this afternoon? Any improvement on the last few days? I'm trying to work out if it is worth my time taking the trains to work tomorrow. I travel a fair distance, and a morning trip already takes me 2hrs. I would rather work from home tomorrow and swap my office day for another day if I am going to face delays and cancelations. Would you take the punt that tomorrow will be back to usual (still terrible) programming?
