Templates and presentations

Hey guys, I've recently been promoted to a social media manager and i want your advice in terms of creating a stable process for my team to avoid a hectic environment.

I also create good plans and strategies but i think my ppt design skills are not yet at a level I'm proud of, so do you have a strategy, research, or content plan that i can use as a template or sample for me to learn from?

I'm pretty nervous and i wanna impress right away so i can maintain my position and earn the respect of my team. They already see me as knowledgeable guy who gets results buy i want my files to reflect it.
