Moving to Philippines Manila?

If I move to Philippines Manila or Davao how far can 70-80k pesos go per month

I'm asking cause I'm worried Philippines will be more expensive than Europe now and won

How is life in Manila?

I only visited once and I'm wondering if there is still a lot of activities To do, especially if nice penthouse apartments are cheap now with less renters since the situation that was last year?

Will Manila get super expensive now or cheaper for having foreign currency? Will it still work as usual?
