Do the sequels generally make it into the monthly boxes with Fairyloot?

I‘m specifically wondering if The Knight and the Moth sequel The Knave and the Moon will likely be in a fall box because the first was in one, or if it’s something that will be impossible to get because they will sell separately on their site? My subscription just started this month and so I’m not familiar. Also for Canadians, how long does it generally take to get your monthly book shipped out and arrival, mine hasn’t shipped yet for March so I‘m just wondering how it goes:) Thank you for your help.
