A Living Nightmare: Severe Safety Negligence at Della I’m writing this to warn anyone considering an offsite or stay at Della Adventures. What started as a smooth office trip turned into a horrific tragedy on our second morning due to shocking structural lapses and a total lack of emergency preparedness. The Incident: One of our colleagues fell from a second-floor bathroom. While she was getting ready, she lost her balance and went straight through the bathroom glass, falling all the way down into the duct area near the basement. Because she fell into a narrow duct space between three villas, she was completely trapped and out of reach. The Response (or lack thereof): It took us nearly an hour to reach her. We actually had to break another glass panel just to get to where she had fallen. While our company is covering her medical expenses since this happened during an official event, the blame lies squarely with Della. Basic Maintenance Issues: Looking back, the red flags were there. We had constant issues with the AC not working and basic room amenities being missing. We had to call repeatedly and wait 30+ minutes just for simple requests. But we never expected that their "luxury" infrastructure would be so flimsy that it could lead to someone fighting for their life. Final Verdict: Do not stay here. A resort that ignores basic glass safety and has zero medical support is not a "destination"—it’s a massive liability.
