thinking about rehoming my sick gecko and i feel guilty

I was away for the last month traveling, and I left her in the care of my family. However, they did not give her any proper care and she is very vitamin deficient./won’t eat and is super skinny. I took her to the vet they gave me antibiotics which i’ve been doing but seen no improvement. She still won’t eat, and i’m a college student who’s about the graduate this semester. I love her so much i’ve had her for 7 years. I want to get her back to health but I’m not sure if I can handle it
