Head feeling off with possible ear infection?

I, afab 16, have been having an off feeling either my left side of my head. Yes, there has been pain, but some of it is just a general off feeling, especially in my eye. I've noticed that its generally worse when I don't have my classes. I had an ear infection a few weeks ago and I thought it got better, but once my antibiotic for it finished, the symptoms came back. All the issues are on the same side as the ear infection. I know thst your eyes and ears are connected, so could my issue be my ear? I'm scared there's something wrong with my brain. I also have issues with my neck that could be causing pain that I'm starting PT for soon, but I don't have enough info on that to put to blame.
