First Day of Conserta

Today is my first day back at my University after break and also the first day I am starting my 18mg Conserta.

The process of getting it was weird. A 1hr Zoom meeting and I was instantly prescribed and picked it up the same day. So im a bit curious about how this first dose is gonna go.

I want to make sure I document everything correctly for my next meeting to determine if ill need to increase the dosage and potentially start a different medication in the future. My psychiatrist mentioned it was pretty clear that I have pretty severe ADHD and I have been told by my family and friends the same. However this is where they usually start.

Its been about 3hrs in and I havent felt any difference. Only that I dont feel groggy like usual and im actually awake. I havent felt any change in focus. I know conserta progresses throughout the day so ill give an update at night (After the peak hours).

Overall im glad to finally start the journey and I think it will benefit me alot once I get the proper dosage.

I want to hear your guy's experience and how to tell if it is working (notice difference between placebo and if its actually working).
