Did I mess up bad?

For context, my husband has had a stomach bug and I was trying to get ahead of the cleaning and used laundry sanitizer. I had never used it before, and I didn’t read the directions because I really thought it was just like any other laundry detergent. Okay, well, fast forward, I’m in the kitchen doing dishes and I look at the bottle and it says to not add directly to the wash and definitely not with regular detergent. I did both. So I added the 9 cap fulls of sanitizer to the wash after it filled with hot water with regular detergent. I’m rewashing the load now to try and remove the sanitizer but I worry it’s too late and if we try to wear the clothes or use the blankets and towels in the wash, we’ll get chemical burns. Is there any way to get all of that out or do I ditch the items and cut my losses? Is there any damage likely done to my machine? Yes, I know this was so dumb.
