AITK for not attending my cousins roka

Hi I’m 23F my cousin (23F) is getting engaged in 2 days. She called me saying things are getting finalised with me and I’m getting Roka done, however she had come 1 week ago to my city to meet the guy and to spend a week with him but didn’t call me to meet her when she was here.

Now I can’t take a leave from my work and don’t want to go too since I might get pressured from the family that I’m next. We aren’t close, we barely talk to each other. I am assuming she called me out of formality.
