YouTube Editor Wanted for Long-Form Vlog Style Content

Summary:
I need a video editor for long form vlog style video content. I am documenting the start of a fairly unique business venture and have gained >20,000 subscribers on YouTube and almost 200,000 followers on Facebook in my first 4ish months. ***Send portfolio of recent work in DM***

Editing:
The editing style is generally simple - no fancy effects, just putting clips together cleanly in a way that is paced well and makes sense. Some intuition on structuring these videos and story telling in a way that is not always in the sequence that things were filmed in is desired. Length of video is usually 12-25 minutes.

Although the editing style is quite simple, attention to detail is a must. I think there is somewhat of an art in doing simple things exceptionally well. Its unfortunate I have to mention this, but I've received so many video drafts with typos and really sloppy cuts that can be caught by simply reviewing work before sending it over....

Budget:

I can start between $300-$400 per video, noting this can obviously go higher as we work together longer and take on more ambitious content projects. I have lots of ideas for potential documentaries to put together as well, but need competent editors who can execute before taking that on.

Video Output:

I aim to get 1 long form video out per week... though have consistently fell short of that target.
