Best Value Amp for DT 770 Pro 250 Ohm?

My Volt 476P can't drive my DT 770 Pro 250 to higher volume, I have to max the volume knob on the interface and I still just get medium volume.

What different budget amp options do you suggest?

I opt for USB C options, but other connections are fine too.

I would use them for mixing and guitar recording.

Also is there any reason to get the 80 ohm version in the future? Would it work to plug them into Boss Katana or Spark Mini?
