Thinking of joining Colive PG – Need honest reviews before booking - Location - Bangalore

I’m planning to move into a Colive PG (https://www.colive.com/) and wanted to get some real feedback before making a decision.

I’ve seen mixed reviews online, so I’d really appreciate if anyone who has stayed there (or knows someone who has) can share their experience.

Here are a few things I want clarity on:

- 💰 Are there any hidden charges apart from rent (electricity, maintenance, GST, etc.)?

- 🧾 How is the deposit refund process? Any issues or delays?

- 🍽️ Food quality and availability (is it consistent daily?)

- 🧹 Cleaning & maintenance – are they regular or just promises?

- 📶 WiFi speed and reliability?

- 📄 Lock-in period & notice period – anything tricky in agreement?

- 👨‍💼 How responsive is the management/support team?

I came across some posts mentioning:

- Deposit not being fully returned

- Extra charges added later

- Poor maintenance / food quality

So just want to be 100% sure before booking.
