Moths hiding in a cleaned out apartment

I've just moved into a small apartment, the last resident being here last a few months ago. The place was relatively clean (no trash anywhere, most surfaces without dust, and ofcourse I didn't fing any food). Before moving in my things I found 3 pantry moths and looked everywhere for the source (everywhere I could reach), under the bed, couch, all of the drawers and closets in every room, under rugs and so on. I still keep finding moths, maybe two a day. I have my few boxes of things and am currently deep cleaning the apartment but am worried about buying groceries and unpacking everything before I get rid of the issue. Where could the moths be hiding/have a nest? Could they have a nest in another apartment and just fly into mine? I will buy glass jars with sealed lids for the condiments pantry moths usually lay their eggs in (flour, spices, oats, ...) and am wondering what else I can do. Thank you for the help
